The More Dent BR-616pro cordless light polymerization unit is an aluminium restorative instrument engineered for dental practices to polymerize composite materials and detect caries. Operating on a rechargeable DC 4.2 V battery system, the device emits across a broad light spectrum from 385 nm to 515 nm to activate standard dental photoinitiators. This model integrates a 5 W LED emitting an adjustable light intensity from 1,000 to 3,200 mW/cm², ensuring a composite depth solidification of 2 mm in 1 second. The unit provides configurable operating cycles set at 1 s, 5 s, 15 s, and 60 s, distributed across three distinct operational modes: high mode, progressive mode, and detection mode.
